*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Insulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing insulation materials in various settings, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort in residential and commercial buildings. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of building codes, and the ability to work with various insulation materials. *Duties* * Read and interpret blueprints to determine insulation requirements for different projects. * Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas accurately. * Install insulation using hand tools, ensuring proper application techniques are followed. * Apply caulking and sealants to prevent air leaks and improve energy efficiency. * Work with drywall installation as needed, ensuring a seamless finish between insulation and wall surfaces. * Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely project completion. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. *Skills* * Proficiency in blueprint reading to understand project specifications. * Experience using hand tools effectively for cutting and installing insulation materials. * Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing gaps and improving thermal performance. * Familiarity with drywall installation processes is a plus. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
