As we continue to grow, we?re looking for a motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our cleaning crews and operations. *Job Description:* The Production Manager will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing all aspects of our exterior cleaning projects. This includes planning, scheduling, supervising, and coordinating our production teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety on each job site. We seek a proactive, organized leader with a strong background in operations management, particularly in service-oriented fields. Qualifications: Deal Breakers * 1-2 years of experience in managing crews in the construction/exterior cleaning industry * Drivers License * Canadian Citizen * Able to commute to our warehouse in Richmond * Must be able to be work physcially \*\*If you have experience in the exterior cleaning/Construction industry but no management experience please still apply. We will train the right candidate. Job Duties: Ensuring crews are following the job-site check list Solving any production issues as they come up Meeting with upset clients to resolve conflict Interviewing and on boarding new technicians into the company Training crews to work safety & efficiently Job costing the jobs every 2 weeks for labor & materials Ordering of equipment & supplies as needed Working on-site when needed (sick calls, vacation etc.) The PM cannot be afraid to get their hands dirty Leading the weekly production team meeting Maintaining of vehicles & production equipment with mechanics Working with Office Administrator to ensure production is run well and clients are happy Meet with company owner for weekly GS&R meeting *Company Highlights: * -Quarterly Company Events -Flexible schedule -Bonus pay -Room for growth -Training and lifetime learning \*This job will start off at $28/hr and progress to a salary position for the right candidate. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Tips Benefits: * Company car * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * production management: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationRichmond, BC
