If you would like to be on a team of Great People delivering great service, we may have just the opportunity for you. *The job involves:* * Supervising staff with regard to training, work assignments, scheduling, and administrative functions * Strong understanding of all aspects of the EVS Department * Conducting pre shifts, controlling inventory and preparing shift reports * Promoting a safe and hazard free work environment thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties * Working independently and as one team that supports and helps one another * Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation *The ideal candidate has:* * Previous supervisory or management experience * Demonstrated leadership, management and team building skills * Exceptional interpersonal, conflict resolution, problem solving and decision making skills * Proven organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Strict attention to detail * Excellent communication skills * Working knowledge of WHMIS and Health and Safety Act * Ability to work in all Microsoft Office programs and Kronos scheduling system *We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted* *Niagara Casinos is committed to creating an accessible and inclusive environment by providing equal opportunity to candidates of all abilities.
