************************************************************************************************Job Title: Marine Detail Designer - Layouts Spatial DesignLocation: Halifax, NSReports To: Team LeadKeywords: #Marine.industry.jobs #Structure.design.jobs #Marine.jobsThe focus of this role will be within the layouts discipline of outfit spatial detail design engineering.Layouts spatial integration:* Auxiliary Structure Design (Equipment mounting up to 500kg)* Understanding of production practices in the manufacture of auxiliary structures and compartment hot work both at unit build stage and at ship. Knowledge of hot working standards and practices.Understanding of human factor impacts on spatial design within complex tight spaces.* Understanding of transversals impact on spatial design decisions in the placing and mounting of equipment.Principle Responsibilities:Customer* Interacts with customer technical focal points as required* Be able to interact well with both- LocationDartmouth, NS
