Our fun, friendly, fast-paced team supports our Office Assistants with the right tools and training crucial to their growth and success. We provide (free of charge) an exceptional training program (40 hours) whereby you are paired with one of our current Office Assistants for one-on-one, on-the-job training, providing a real, authentic learning experience.
Over the past 25 years, our swim school has been recognized in the Lower Mainland as a leader in aquatic education. We are proud to say that our unique learn-to-swim program has taught thousands of children to learn to swim in 1/4 of the time.

*WHY US:*
- Competitive wage: $20-25 per hour (based on experience).

*REQUIRED SKILLS:*
- Written and oral English (excellent)
- Attention to detail (excellent)
- Reading comprehension (excellent)
- Microsoft Word (intermediate)
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate)
- Google Docs (intermediate)
- Google Sheets (intermediate)
- Google Drive (intermediate)
*NOT REQUIRED, BUT WOULD BE AN ASSET (will be trained):*
- Fast typer (~50wpm with willingness to improve)
- Jackrabbit
- Squarespace
- Slack
- Trello
- Mac computers and Apple products (or able to learn quickly)
- Previous experience with a small business
*JOB TASKS:*
60% of the position consists of Office Assistant Tasks:
- General office clerk duties (printing, filing, editing documents, organizing and maintaining office)
- Work closely with the owner and director of operations to prepare various projects and documents within a short timeframe
- Enter/edit information into our student database
- Conduct basic research
40% of the position consists of Personal Assistant Tasks:
- Booking appointments
- Making Amazon purchases
- Organize workspace
- Assisting the owner in day-to-day life
