This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your leadership, outstanding organization and experience in project portfolio management in an "Agile/Safe" context. <div> </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Your Job </strong></div><div><br></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with portfolio management teams, business line representatives, IT and Operations teams as well as finance teams to prioritize initiatives and projects </li><li>Ensure the quality of data related to portfolio management and capacity management for all business lines and cross-functional IT platforms </li><li>Provide advanced analytics of bank-wide portfolio data and provide recommendations to guide and support decision-making, considering delivery capacity, trends, interdependencies, and impacts on the annual strategic plan </li><li>Define and improve advanced indicators (KPIs) and the inherent tools in order to deepen these analyses </li><li>Prepare presentation materials for executives, including team capacity tracking dashboards and recommendations based on detailed analysis and initiative prioritization </li><li>Participate in the annual budgeting process and support business lines in identifying and prioritizing sectoral initiatives </li><li>Document and evolve portfolio management processes and tools </li><li>Participate in the Project Delivery Practice by sharing experience and good market practices in order to improve the quality and rigor in the execution of projects </li><li>Facilitate the evolution of the portfolio towards agile processes by collaborating with teams and adapting portfolio management practices to agile principles, and ensuring a smooth transition to more flexible and iterative working methods </li><li>Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, facilitating the understanding of priorities, expectations and the impacts of decisions on cross-functional projects </li><li>Identify and assess risks associated with cross-functional initiatives and recommend mitigation measures </li><li>Provide guidance and support for the development of portfolio management team skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement </li><li>Recommend and implement technology tools and charts to monitor and improve portfolio management and analytical capabilities </li></ul></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Your Team </strong></div><div><br></div><div>The IT and Operations sector is made up of more than 5500 experts who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes. </div><div><br></div><div>Within the sector encompassing the evolution of practices, the evolution cycle and the cross-functional portfolio, you will report to the Senior Director of IT Project Portfolio.
