You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities</li><li>Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team</li><li>Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement</li><li>Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting</li><li>Report on team and individual performance</li><li>Develop and execute innovative sales strategies</li><li>Build and form new partnerships with potential clients</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3-5 Years experience in industrial sales, customer service, or related field preferably "Industrial Inkjet Printers"</li><li>Familiarity with "Food Production and Packaging Lines"</li><li>Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM)</li><li>Strong leadership qualities</li><li>Ability to build rapport with clients</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>At MapleJet, you get the chance to work with a multi-cultural company that aims to provide state-of-the-art solutions to product identification, coding, and marking requirements in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries across the globe.
