*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary pain clinic to build their own practice. We have a large open space 10x18 feet, as well as private patient rooms for rent. The reception area will be shared space. The physiotherapist will do all their own scheduling and billing. There is opportunity to share a receptionist. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and needs. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations. * Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and function. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. * Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and home exercises. * Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment sessions and outcomes. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Stay updated on the latest medical terminology and physiotherapy practices. *Experience* * A degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution is required. * Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred, particularly in acute care or pediatrics. * Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team. * Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality patient care.
