Company: Stockyards Beverage Co Establishment: Graffiti Market Location: 137 Glasgow Street, Kitchener Position: Dishwasher Job Brief Behind every restaurant that never runs out of cutlery and clean plates, there is a lively dishwasher to thank for it. We are looking for a hard working dishwasher to assist in ensuring that wares for the front and back of the house are clean, sanitized, organized and ready for use. This role is a very important part of a smooth functioning restaurant, as it allows both front of house, and back of house staff to provide prompt, and enjoyable service to guests. Job Duties * Sort and wash dishes and pots * Provides kitchen and service staff with an ongoing supply of clean dishes * Proper storing of all dishes in appropriate places * Proper use of chemicals * Clear trays and service areas * Keep area clean at all times * Assist in other areas such as runner/ busser if needed * Ensure adherence to all of Graffiti Market's Policies and Procedures * Ensure adherence to Graffiti Market's Health and Safety Policy Qualifications * There are no specific educational requirements for this position. * Experience as a dishwasher in food service operations is an asset. * On-the-job training and WHMIS a requirement. * Lifting requirements of up to 50lbs * Must be able to follow direction and work with minimal supervision Ignite Group of Brands is an equal opportunity employer.
