* Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Provide training and development for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
* Manage inventory levels, including budgeting and cash handling responsibilities.
* Maintain high standards of customer service by demonstrating effective phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
* Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to meet sales goals, and drive retail sales initiatives.
* Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and motivation.
* Organize staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times while managing time effectively.
* Conduct regular assessments of store operations to identify areas for improvement.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in a retail or management role, with a strong understanding of sales management principles.

* Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
