Looking for something different than the usual fast food or grocery store job? Check this out! Here at The Gem Boutique, we sell gemstones and beading supplies on Live Instagram Sales every week. We are looking for an upbeat candidate that can invoice our customers during our live sales (you will not be on camera). We are looking for candidates who can work 5 shifts per week and are good have used google sheets & Shopify. *What do you do?* You will work alongside our host and moderator to invoice customer baskets accurate and at a fast pace while you hangout in the background of our live streams. *As an *invoice*, you will be responsible for:* * Taking purchased items from customer baskets and invoicing them using our shopify invoicing system. * Ensuring products are accurately invoiced at a quick pace. * Keeping track of our daily sales totals. * Completing daily task sheets that pertain to the business and organizational workflow. *Qualities and Skillsets:* * *Multi-tasking:* Our shows can get quite busy with the number of customers purchasing at once. An ideal candidate must be able to multitask under moderate pressure. * *Evening Availability until 10pm: *Our shows run into the evenings so as a stock runner, you will be required to work until 10pm a couple times per week. * *Ability to work fast:* Invoicing is completed in real time and that requires someone who can work at a very quick rate of speed. * *Attention to Detail:* This is incredibly important to ensure that the items you are invoicing are correct with what customers have purchased. * *Positive Personality:* Part of being a team member is remaining upbeat and positive throughout the live sale. A good vibe helps keep us all in good spirits.
