You'll join a team of passionate and driven innovators, who are breaking barriers and expanding the reach of Canada's most-loved entertainment.At Bell Media, you'll redefine digital connections and pioneer next-generation services, propelling us to reach new heights, unlock untapped potential and expand horizons for our customers.Position: Energie and Rouge Promotions Coordinator, Full time, 1 Year contractLocation: 1500, rue Royale, bureau 260, Trois-Rivières, QCSalary: Commensurate with qualifications and experienceResponsibilitiesDevelop promotional concepts for Énergie and Rouge in conjunction with internal teams, including content, sales and digital departmentsEnsure the timeliness and delivery of projectsWrite presentation documentsEnsure the proper functioning of text, audio, social media and web visual productionBook and follow up on the production of banners, contests and other web-based promotional and creative media elementsWrite post-promotional reports and documents and compile the results (participants, web stats)Manage prizes, write rules and winner reportsDraw up broadcasting contracts and inventory booking schedulesIn line with our brands and objectives, submit creative ideas to build audience loyalty and reach new audiences with promotional strategies on-air, on social networks and in the fieldAttend major eventsEnsure the sound management, ordering and tracking of promotional materialsContact winnersManage tracking for device care, cue sheets and fuel receiptsEstablish and maintain good relationships with customers, partners and internal teamsImplement tools to improve time management, efficiency and promotional inventory managementWith great ease, the candidate must be able to: Write and coordinate promotion plansParticipate in project budget managementFind suppliers and negotiate products and services according to a projectPerform various administrative tasksQualifications1-2 years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree in communication, administration or marketing, and/or digital-related is an assetMust be dynamic, resourceful and organizedAttention to detail and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlinesCreativity and ability to work in a teamStrong oral and written communication skillsMust be able to manage stress well and work under pressureMust be a self-starter with a sense of responsibilityMust be able to multitask on projects with multiple stakeholders at onceExperience/interest in the field of media is an assetExcellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Facebook Manager, project management software, Canva (or other presentation software)Experience in media or at an advertising agency is an asset#EmployeeReferralProgramAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
