Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Monitor revenues to determine labour cost . Set staff work schedules. Supervise staff. Train staff. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Supervision: 11-15 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Serving It Right Certificate. Food Safety Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Dependability. Efficient interpersonal skills. Organized. Reliability. Team player.
