Leduc Regional Housing Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for a temporary, Full-time Tenancy Administrator position (37.5 hours/week). Reporting to the Tenant Services Manager, the Tenancy Administrator will manage tenant intake, placement and tenancies for a Leduc Regional Housing Foundation (LRHF) housing portfolio and rent supplement programs (seniors? apartment, non-seniors? housing, and rent supplement) throughout the Leduc Region. The Tenancy Administrator is a member of the Tenant Services team; exemplifying LRHF values while working collaboratively within LRHF and the Leduc Region to provide a high quality of service.
*This is a temporary position with anticipated dates from November 15, 2024 ? May 15, 2026. *
_*QUALIFICATIONS *_
1. Appropriate post secondary.
2.Property management experience with knowledge of related legislation (e.g., Residential Tenancies Act, Alberta Housing Act & Regulations).
3. Property Management Software experience (YARDI an asset).
4. Intermediate computer/keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience.
5. Knowledge & experience with wireless communication technology.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
7. Detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks utilizing strong time management skills.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment, demonstrate initiative.
9. Ability to work a flexible schedule (some evenings and weekends) to meet the needs to the tenants.
10. A sincere desire to work within the non-market housing industry to assist Leduc Regional Housing Foundation to achieve its Vision.
11. Experience in community development, recreation programming and working with vulnerable populations is preferred.
12. Valid Class 5 Drivers License and reliable vehicle insured for business use.
All employees will be required to have a pre-employment fit to work assessment, and a satisfactory criminal record check with vulnerable sector check.
