The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.Job Description:KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCUSTOMERParticipate with a governance view as the team identify, recommend, source, negotiate and implement improvements/solutions (buy/build/reuse) to enhance customer experience, availability, and/or reduce cost in support of client needsInfluence product direction, foresee issues and gaps, identify solutions, and work comfortably with leading edge products that are untested/ unproven in the marketCollaborate with business leaders, IT professionals, vendors / outsourced partners to assess viability/priority of projects/initiatives and ensure issues are clearly communicated.Ensure appropriate security levels are established and maintained for processes, information exchange and system implementationsInterface with audit, to ensure all artifacts are in order.Drive and manage controls environment (including processes), covering change management, production implementation, compliance and audit controls, and business continuity (both application and resource)Participate in / Manage regulatory examinations and external / internal audits with respect to request for information regarding CIAM portfolio, reviewing, packaging, and providing information for department executivesParticipate in cross-functional / enterprise / initiatives as a subject matter expert helping to identify risk / provide guidance for complex situationsConduct meaningful research, analysis, and assessment of Compliance program activities at the functional level using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations, assess the effectiveness of enterprise Compliance programsDeliver relevant subject matter expertise and Compliance advice to business Compliance partnersInteract with control functions within the organizationPrepare summaries, presentations, briefing notes, and any other required documentation to effectively report on the status of the Compliance programAdhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to activities for our business areaMaintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetiteMake sure respective programs/ policies/ practices are professionally managed, meets business needs, complies with internal and external requirements, and aligns with business prioritiesLead on the implementation of governance and control initiatives in support of the overall business/function strategyManage a set of business governance and control work activities requiring coordination across multiple areasReview processes and controls and "connect the dots" across issues and control deficiencies to increase standardization of solutions, processes, and controls Support / manage the integrated implementation of policies / processes / procedures / changes across multiple functional areasProvide subject matter expertise to projects/initiatives.
