Duties to Commence: Immediately<p>until November 27, 2024 <p>Qualifications & Duties: Committed<p> to being a model and witness to Christ-centered education values and beliefs.<p> Aply<p> foundational knowledge about First Nations, Mtis and Inuit for the benefit of<p> all students, and support the Divisions goals towards advancing Truth and<p> Reconciliation.<p> High<p> School diploma supplemented by related post-secondary education (ex. business<p> administration courses).<p> Minimum 2<p> years experience in a school or office environment is preferred.<p> Knowledge<p> of basic office routines, procedures and practices is required.<p> Experience<p> with cash, Accounts Receivable/Payable, purchasing, internal & external<p> reporting, along with knowledge of internal controls.<p> Experience<p> with PowerSchool, Rycor, Webguide, Dossier and/or other office administrative<p> software is preferred.<p> Excellent<p> analytical skills and general ledger reconciliation experience is required.<p> Excellent<p> spreadsheet & computer skills (MAC preferred).<p> Competency<p> with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and gmail is preferred.<p> Experience<p> with Google docs and/or Google apps for Education is preferred.<p> Experience<p> with school website data entry and updates preferred.<p> Strong<p> organizational skills, interpersonal skills and excellent phone etiquette and<p> reception skills.<p> Ability<p> to work both collaboratively with administration and school staff, as well as<p> independently and with little supervision.<p> Ability<p> to work appropriately with elementary students.<p> Ability<p> to work in a welcoming and professional environment with parents and community<p> members.<p> Administration<p> support including preparing supervision schedules, FOIP reports and Extranet<p> reports.<p> Ability<p> to approach challenging situations in a manner that is collaborative, constructive<p> and solution-focused.<p> Coordinate<p> information for substitutes on a daily basis including distribution of plans,<p> Chromebooks, keys and data entry on the EASI system.<p> Management<p> of student records<p> Management<p> and submission of all required documents to Alberta Education via PASI.<p> First Aid<p> Training preferred (Commitment to obtain and maintain a minimum of Emergency<p> First Aid)<p> Assist in<p> the dispensing of student medications and supervision when students are in
