Job details
Duties & Responsibilities ? Clean and service assigned rooms and areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash etc. ? Clean all public spaces including back of the house areas as assigned ? Follow all safety and security procedures and regulations ? Handle and store chemicals in line with hotel regulations ? Be aware of and ensure adherence to the Hotel?s policy regarding security of bedrooms and master keys ? Ensure the correct handling of lost guest property in accordance with Hotel Procedures ? Report all necessary maintenance issues to Maintenance Department ? Deal with guest requests in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner ? Work and communicate in a professional and ethical manner with colleagues assisting where necessary to develop team spirit and to achieve standards of work and guest care as required by Hotel policy ? Maintain standards of punctuality, uniform and personal hygiene ? Clean all public areas ? Stocking amneties and linens ? Clean and stock glasses ?
