*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled *Industrial Sewing Machine Operator *with experience in working with vinyl materials to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sewing, specifically with vinyl fabrics, and will be able to produce high-quality products with precision and attention to detail. *Responsibilities:* * Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch, assemble, and finish vinyl products * Measure, cut, and sew vinyl materials according to specific patterns and design requirements * Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met * Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot sewing machines as needed to ensure optimal operation * Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace * Assist with pattern layout and assembly as required * Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines *Qualifications:* * Proven experience as an industrial sewing machine operator, with a focus on vinyl materials * Strong knowledge of industrial sewing techniques and equipment * Ability to read patterns, measurements, and specifications accurately * Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work * Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for sewing machines * Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods and handle heavy vinyl materials *Preferred Qualifications:* * Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment * Familiarity with other sewing techniques and materials is an asset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: * Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Experience: * Vinyl Sewing: 1 year (preferred) * Sewing Machine Operator: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationMississauga, ON
