In this role, you will help Wealth Advisors to stand out by offering exceptional customer service that will have a positive, long-term impact on our clients.<span></span><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Your job:</strong></p><ul> <li><span>Assist the Wealth Advisor in all administrative tasks and activities related to the management of high net worth client accounts while providing superior client service</span></li> <li><span>Specific tasks include fund transfers, contributions and withdrawals and monitoring incoming and outgoing transfers as well as assisting in executing trades and security transactions</span></li> <li><span>Open and maintain client files according to industry requirements</span></li> <li><span>Assist with client activities by managing agendas, scheduling appointments and preparing for client meetings</span></li> <li><span>Add value by helping to identify client needs and assisting in analysis and client preparation materials</span></li> <li><span>Actively participate in activities related to the team's business development</span></li> <li><span>Keep operational and regulatory knowledge up to date and ensure compliance and risk management rules are respected</span></li> <li><span>Act as a resource in resolving client issues</span></li> <li><span>Guide and train new employees, and mentor peers on complex products, procedures and policies</span></li> <li><span>Work collectively with colleagues and other departments within the bank </span></li> <li><span>The candidate must be able to identify the risks inherent in the Wealth Management sector?s activities</span></li> </ul><span></span><p><strong><span><br></span></strong></p><p><strong><span>Your team:</span></strong><span></span></p><p><span>Private Banking 1859 is dedicated to providing wealth management services and advice to a distinctive and high net worth clientele. Reporting to the </span><span>Investment Customer Service Manager</span><span>, you will be part of a team working with one to two Wealth Advisors to deliver exceptional client experience.
