During a transformation, the company is restructuring its processes to support the development of performance. <br>(Any experience in a similar context on large-scale distribution topics would be relevant.</p><p><br>I am therefore looking for a Director of Demand and Supply Planning</p><p><br>Role and Responsibilities: <br>Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain, the Director of Sales Planning will be responsible for developing and optimizing the planning strategy, while supporting a new MRP system (SAP). This strategic position requires a strong involvement in change management, as well as team management skills. <br>Key Responsibilities: <br>Team Leadership: Lead, motivate and evaluate a team of planners, buyers and coordinators, ensuring their development and commitment. <br>Procurement Strategy: Work closely with the Vice President to establish medium- and long-term sales and supply planning strategies for expansion into Canada. <br>SAP MRP Implementation: Play a key role in the deployment of the SAP MRP module, ensuring that processes align with best practices and meet operational requirements. <br>Process Optimization: Identify and implement areas for improvement to increase planning efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supply reliability. <br>Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts and ensure the quality of products and services received in a context of logistics rationalization. <br>Tracking performance indicators: Develop and track KPIs to assess planning effectiveness and make decisions based on reliable data. <br>Inter-departmental collaboration: Work in synergy with the logistics, finance and inventory departments to ensure optimal inventory management across the two mega-distribution centers.</p><p>* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in supply planning, supply chain management or purchasing, ideally in a retail environment. <br>* Leadership and team development: Proven experience in team management, with strong leadership, change management and talent development skills. <br>* Proficiency in MRP systems (SAP preferred): Technical skills in material resource management, including hands-on experience in SAP implementation. <br>* Analytical and results-oriented skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, with a strong analytical mind to optimize processes. <br>* Negotiation and management of supplier relationships: Solid skills in negotiation and management of supplier relationships in a logic of cost and service optimization. <br>Additional advantages: <br>* Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. <br>* Language skills: Fluency in English required (w
