<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Hello, we are looking for adding a new RMT to our team.</p><p>About You:</p><p> </p><ul><li><p>Self-contractor: new or experienced RMT</p></li><li><p>You are responsible, professional, personable, and patient-focused, looking to provide quality treatments and elevate your practice. You are also versatile, understanding the balance between providing treatment plan based on a mix of 1) patient needs, and 2) your professional prescriptions</p></li><li><p>You are team oriented, working alongside other health professionals in a non-competitive environment</p></li><li><p>You understand that growing a practice with quality clients take time, and that you have full control of who you're comfortable with treating</p></li><li><p>Must be in good standing with CMTBC</p></li><li><p>Commission split pay</p></li></ul><p> </p><p>Schedule:</p><p> </p><ul><li><p>Flexibility is at your disposal. Do you want to take a vacation? Go ahead. You are literally your own boss. Just let our staff deal with rescheduling and patient management</p></li><li><p>Morning and Afternoon shifts available</p></li><li><p>Weekdays and Weekends available</p></li><li><p>Shifts are flexible and customizable to your needs</p></li><li><p>Asking 4 hours minimum per shift</p></li></ul><p> </p><p>Safety Precautions:</p><ul><li><p>Cleanliness is a must</p></li><li><p>Masks are worn by therapists at all times except in the break room</p></li><li><p>Patients are highly recommended to wear masks and asked not to come if they have flu/viral symptoms</p></li><li><p>Compliance with current recommendations are set out by WorkSafeBC, College of Massage Therapists of BC, and the Office of the Public Health Officer of BC</p></li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Growing clinic centrally located near Royal Oak skytrain (5-10 min walk)<br><br>A lot of potential for new local and loyal clientele<br><br>Free parking along Imperial street after 9AM<br><br>Patient-focused and driven. You do not have to worry about booking, scheduling, re-scheduling, insurance claims, or point of sale/billing<br><br>Marketing included<br><br>Owner is also an RMT so you do not need to worry about licensure risks or breaches to CMTBC bylaws.
