Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Duties: - Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Process reservations and manage room assignments - Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information - Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs - Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during a guest's stay - Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment - Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel procedures - Multilingual abilities are a plus If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Guest Service Agent. *Qualifications*
* Customer service experience in a hospitality setting
* Proficiency in front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
* Strong communication skills, especially in a multilingual environment
* Ability to provide exceptional guest services
* Previous hotel experience preferred
* Knowledge of phone etiquette and hospitality industry standards
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 8 ? 24 per week
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Evening shift
* Holidays
* Morning shift
* Night shift
* Weekends as needed

* Customer service: 1 year (required)
