Recruiting Manager
As a Recruiting Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Operations team in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from application through to onboarding.

*Candidate Sourcing and Screening:*
* Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.).
* Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
*Coordination of Recruitment Process:*
* Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics.
* Communicate with candidates promptly and assist with travel arrangements if needed.
* Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
*Candidate Experience:*
* Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.
* Ensure candidates receive timely responses and follow-ups.
* Gather feedback from candidates to improve the recruitment process.
*Administrative Support:*
* Prepare and distribute job offer packages and assist with the onboarding process.
* Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment screenings.
* Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on job boards.
*Collaboration and Communication:*
* Work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and priorities.
* Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status.
*Qualifications*
1. Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
2. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
