*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products and services in the market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for technology sales. *Duties* * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. * Identify potential clients through market research and networking efforts. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. * Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. * Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce or other CRM systems. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. *Experience* * Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role. * Strong background in customer service with a focus on relationship building. * Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable. * Familiarity with technology sales is a plus; knowledge of relevant products is beneficial. * Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to drive sales strategies. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. * Bilingual candidates with Spanish language skills are encouraged to apply.
