<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are a gadgets store that offers numerous different technology products such as laptops, cellphones, gaming accessories, mobile accessories etc. Our mission is to provide a high-level of customer service and experience to our clients. We are looking for candidates that are outgoing, energetic, goal oriented, driven, and eager to grow and learn.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Greeting and welcoming new customers and long-time customers to the store.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.</li><li>Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly. Able to lift up to 25-30lb boxes. </li><li>Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.</li><li>Recommending products based on customer's needs, requirements and budget.</li><li>Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions.</li><li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li><li>Experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as maintaining to store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>• Previous customer service experience is preferred</p><p>• Minimum 2 year of retail sales experience</p><p>• Working knowledge of technology products</p><p>• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills</p><p> </p><p>Job Type: Full-time and part-time</p><p>Salary: From $18 per hour</p></div>Company Description<div>We are a gadgets store that offers numerous different technology products such as laptops, cellphones, gaming accessories, mobile accessories etc. Our mission is to provide a high-level of customer service and experience to our clients.
