*Job Summary*
The Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of strategic plans that drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. The Planning Manager will work closely with sales teams to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and foster relationships with clients to ensure successful business development.
*Duties*
* Lead the planning and execution of business strategies to achieve sales targets.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
* Collaborate with technical sales teams to understand product offerings and customer needs.
* Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service.
* Train and mentor team members in effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
* Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making.
* Participate in outside sales activities to promote products and services.
*Requirements*
* Proven leadership experience in a sales or business development role.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Experience in technical sales or outside sales is preferred.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
* Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies based on insights.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: From $73.00 per hour
