*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in business development. We are in the plumbing supply business and house world renouned brands along with our own, both retail and wholesale, serving our customers through our three locations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and a strong focus on account management. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with clients. This role will be Outside Sales Rep, which means visiting our customers on site, understanding their needs and mapping out all their plumbing needs. *Duties* * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and networking. * Manage existing accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. *Requirements* * Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales environments. * Strong understanding of business development principles and account management practices. * Excellent analytical skills to evaluate market conditions and identify opportunities for growth. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
