<p><strong>Job Objectives</strong></p><p>The Analytical Development Project Coordinator is responsible for following up with project managers and clients in order to have overall visibility on the progress of all project activities within the <br />analytical development.</p><p></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>In collaboration and with the support of the Analytical Development Supervisor, participate in the planning of short- and long-term laboratory activities for projects within the Analytical Development Laboratory.</li><li>In collaboration with project managers, communicate deadlines and problems encountered.</li><li>Communicate internally with project managers regarding the progress of projects in the <br />laboratory;</li><li>Actively attend client meetings to determine client requirements and ensure follow-up with <br />them on the progress of the work;</li><li>Support activities concerning the processes of the product development department (approval of<br />protocols/reports, compilation of results, trend analysis, data classification,<br />communication with customers);</li><li>Initiate method change controls and close actions related to this change.</li><li>Support during customer and authority audits as needed;</li><li>Assist the supervisor in training new employees;</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of the laboratory;</li><li>May be required to verify laboratory documentation (protocol, report, method, etc.) as needed.</li></ul><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Prerequisites</strong></p><p>Qualifications/Experience/Other skills :</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in chemistry or biochemistry or a DEC in chemistry or biochemistry combined with a minimum of five<br />years of experience in method development and validation in a pharmaceutical laboratory.</li><li>Mastery of the basic principles of analytical chemistry, techniques and concepts of<br />chromatography and support techniques. Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Microsoft Word, Excel software.</li><li>Very good knowledge of USP-BP-EP pharmacopoeias, ICH, FDA,<br />TPD guidelines.</li><li>Good customer service spirit.</li><li>Good command of French and English, spoken and written</li></ul>
