Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution development or technical consulting, and 1 year of experience in technical leadership. 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and writing code in one or more programming languages. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field. 8 years of experience in system design. 8 years of experience coding in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.). 8 years of experience in operations management (i.e., process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc.) or in a customer-customer facing role. 8 years of experience with data analysis, customer-side web technologies, and project management.
