<p><span>BRP is seeking a global technical product advisor who will report to the global product support team lead for our Sea Doo brand. In addition to being part of a dynamic and motivated team, you will have the opportunity to make an impact on our organization by providing a great service experience.</span><span></span></p> <p><b><span>YOU?LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:<br></span><span></span></b></p> <ul> <li><span>Provide comprehensive global product support to our dealer/distributor network, ensuring alignment with our brand promise and delivering exceptional technical assistance.</span></li> <li><span>Offer timely technical solutions to dealership technicians, meeting service level targets and KPIs.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate closely with other departments, such as warranty and customer care, to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.</span></li> <li><span>Advise dealers on best practices, BRP policies, and operational guidelines to optimize service delivery and uphold brand standards.</span></li> <li><span>Proactively coach partners and dealers on technical support issues, fostering strong relationships and promoting continuous improvement.</span></li> <li><span>Identify communication gaps and address product-related challenges to drive future product enhancements and bolster our network?s reputation.</span></li> <li><span>Monitor and escalate emerging issues or trends promptly, contributing to ongoing improvements in our support services and representing your sector effectively.</span></li> </ul> <p><b><span>YOU?LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:</span></b><span></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Passionate about after-sales and support, with a relentless commitment to solving problems and enhancing service experiences.</span></li> <li><span>Dedicated to delivering high-quality services and excelling in innovative problem-solving, especially in challenging situations.</span></li> <li><span>Skilled in connecting product knowledge with dealer support and customer satisfaction.</span></li> <li><span>Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnostics, with a strong grasp of electrical and mechanical theory.</span></li> <li><span>The ability to interpret and utilize electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, service manuals, electronic parts catalogues, engineering drawings and bills of materials.</span></li> <li><span>Experience using CRM or ERP systems and Google Suite or Microsoft Office.</span></li> <li><span>At least 5 years of relevant technical experience in Powersports.</span></li> <li><span>A technical degree or equivalent experience in Powersports, automotive, marine or small engine mechanics.</span></li> <li><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information and ideas.</span></li> <li><span>Fluency in English required; proficiency in French or other languages is advantageous.</span></li> </ul> <p><span><em><strong>This is a remote position within Canada with some travel required.</strong></em><br></span><span></span></p> <p></p> <p><strong>ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITY</strong><b></b></p> <p><span>BRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
