If so, we are currently looking for a motivated and experienced *General Manager *to join our team and encourage you to apply! We offer a competitive package including health, dental, and life benefits plus room to grow with ongoing development and training! *Roles and Responsibilities: * * Coordinate and manage the transportation team * Maintain records and reports of inventory * Ensure costs, productivity, and accuracy targets are being met * Assure compliance with company policies and legislative safety standards * Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation team to meet objectives and goals * Manage employee discipline and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures * Communicate and coordinate with upper management * Ensure each department has sufficient personnel to achieve objectives * Plan and evaluate budgets * Tracking the status of goods in real-time to ensure contracts are being fulfilled * Other duties as assigned *Requirements and Qualifications: * * Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager or similar role * Knowledge and experience in the logistics field * Knowledge of business processes and activities * Experience with planning and budgeting * Bachelor?s Degree in Business or related field * Advanced skills in Microsoft applications and related software * Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills * Ability to handle multiple projects Consolidated Logistics Inc., is an equal opportunity employer.
