Overview Job Title: HR Advisor & Project Manager Department: Canada HR Reports to : Director, Human Resources Essential Function Provide HR expertise to CosmoProf, Sally and Cosmoprof Distribution HRBPs, Field Leaders and Support Centre teams on third-party providers, and the employment laws across the provinces in which the Company operates. Conduct Employee Relations investigations and take the lead on all Reductions in Force taking place in Canadian operations. Project lead and act as an HR administrative liaison with various Support Centre HR departments and payroll regarding daily business needs such as maintaining employee data accuracy, preparing statistical reports, answering HR administrative questions, handling information requests and performing other clerical duties as required- LocationToronto, ON
