Coco Fresh Tea & Juice is the largest bubble tea chain with over 3000 stores worldwide. We are currently hiring for CoCo Baristas/Cashiers. Location: 888 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON L4Y 4G6 Position: *Full Time & Part time* Work Schedule: Flexible & Long Term Compensation: Hourly pay Job responsibilities and functions as a CoCo Baristas include but not limited to the following: -Working in a fast paced and social environment that delivers a world class guest experience. -Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the CoCo brand. -Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner. -Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. -Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. -Provides quality beverages consistently to customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards as set forth by Coco's standards. -Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. -Ability to speak fluent Chinese is an asset. Required Knowledge and Abilities: -Ability to learn quickly -Ability to work in a team environment -Strong interpersonal and communication skills Physical Requirements: -Assists with a variety of bar-related functions as needed -Constant computer/POS Register and bar equipment usage -Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine -Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around bar area -Constant receiving detailed information through oral communication Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $17.20 per hour Expected hours: 20 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Tips Schedule: * Day shift * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Night shift Work Location: In person- LocationMississauga, ON
