Plan, develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures. Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services. Authorize the development of specifications for products or services. Review and process claims against suppliers. Advise senior management. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 5-10 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. MS Excel. MS Office. MS Word.
