*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients? skills, interests, and career goals to provide tailored employment solutions.
* · Use Virtual Reality equipment to provide job seekers with a realistic virtual employment experience.
* · Develop personalized action plans to assist clients in their job search journey.
* Educate clients on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation to enhance their employability.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on skill development and career advancement.
* Collaborate with employers to understand their staffing needs and assist in recruiting qualified candidates.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends and employment regulations to provide informed guidance.
* Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to create job placement opportunities for clients.
* Track client progress and outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve success rates.

* Strong interviewing skills to effectively assess client qualifications and fit for various roles.
