*Job Summary* We are seeking a friendly, fun and reliable Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recreational gymnastics and a commitment to fostering a positive and encouraging environment for athletes ages 16 months to 7 years. The Gymnastics Coach will be responsible for educating students in various gymnastics techniques, games, circuits and play ? ensuring their safety, and promoting physical fitness through engaging training sessions. *Duties* * Develop and implement fun, recreational training programs tailored to the age and skill levels of individual gymnasts. * Educate students on proper techniques, skills, and safety measures in gymnastics. * Conduct regular practice sessions, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance. * Monitor the progress of each gymnast, adjusting training methods as necessary. * Organize and lead gymnastics classes for young children, ensuring an inclusive atmosphere. * Maintain a safe and clean training environment, adhering to all safety protocols. * Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child?s progress and any concerns. *Qualifications* * Previous experience as a gymnastics coach. * Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety practices. * Ability to educate students effectively, with patience and enthusiasm. * Excellent communication skills to interact with athletes, parents, and staff. * Certification in CPR and First Aid.
