You will promote oral health, provide preventive care education, and help us deliver the outstanding service our patients deserve. Here, you are more than just a team member - you are part of a practice that genuinely values your expertise and is committed to supporting your career development. *--- Key Responsibilities:* * Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing. * Conduct patient assessments and document medical histories accurately. * Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of consistent care * Assist the dentist during exams and procedures when needed. * Capture and manage radiographs, intraoral photos, and other imaging as needed to provide comprehensive diagnostic support. * Accurately maintain patient records, ensuring comprehensive documentation and organization, while utilizing Tracker and other office software as needed. * Adhere to infection control and safety protocols. * Provide support to other team members and in specialized areas as required. * Collaborate effectively with the entire dental team to ensure outstanding patient care. *--- Key Qualifications:* * Must hold a current license to practice in Ontario. * Strong understanding of dental practices and medical/dental terminology. * Previous experience in a dental setting preferred. * Familiarity with Tracker software is a plus; we?re happy to provide training for the right candidate. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, prioritizing patient comfort and satisfaction. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to help us serve our diverse patient community. * A collaborative, self-motivated attitude that thrives in a supportive, patient-focused environment. *--- What We Offer:* * *Permanent Part-Time with Flexibility: *When you join our team, you'll have the flexibility to choose the days that work best for you.
