*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. * Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. * Stay updated on drink recipes, menu changes, and promotions to effectively inform customers. * Prep syrups and garnishes as needed. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is required. * Strong customer service skills. * Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing time effectively. * Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. * Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. * Must be at least 19+ years old Join our team as a Bartender where your skills will shine, and you will play an integral role in creating memorable experiences for our guests!
