Khalsa Secondary School is looking for a Computers, IT, Engineering and Robotics Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year.<p>There is 1 Computers position starting the Fall of 2023. <p>We have one full time permanent position available. The successful candidate will have the following course load. You must be eligible to be employed in Canada. Priority will be given to applicants who are certified to teach in British Columbia. <p>Khalsa School is an independent Sikh school in Surrey British Columbia. Part of the student?s education at our schools includes education in the Sikh Faith (Sikh music, history, scriptures). However, these subjects are taught by our religious department and staff. Successful applicants will only be required to teach the BC Curriculum. Our high school is located within walking distance of the SkyTrain and public bus routes. <p>Salary: Starting salary for a BC or Canadian certified teacher is $5800/month (Teachers who are subject restricted do not start on this scale). <p>Educational requirements: Bachelor of Education -Successful candidates must have the appropriate certification level, have qualifications and meet requirements to work in Canada and teach in BC. If you are certified to teach in another province, you will be considered - granted you apply for BC certification.<p>Please provide your cover letter and resume and clearly detail your education, qualifications, experience and current contact information.
