Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. Pick up debris and empty trash containers. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Weight handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs). Personal suitability: Dependability. Initiative. Organized. Reliability. Honesty. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Does not require Canadian work experience. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Support for Indigenous people: Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations .
