Responsibilities
Tasks

Clean, sanitize and dry aquaculture equipment before the next use to prevent the introduction of pathogens and disease
-
Feed aquaculture stock
-
Maintain aquaculture equipment

Operate aquaculture equipment

Report stock irregularities to supervisors

Cull, mark or tag aquaculture stocks

Transport marine plants to processing plants
-
Dig shellfish from shellfish beds
-
Assist aquaculture technicians in the operation of fish hatcheries or other aquatic farms
