<p>Hello, I'm Rayan MERRIEN, Recruitment Consultant FED ManuTech, a specialist in temporary and permanent recruitment for the engineering and manufacturing professions. <br>We're experts who speak your language. <br>We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p><p>Your function <br> <br>I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a manufacturing company located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, a Quality Engineer - Permanent position 40 hours per week. <br> <br> <br>Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks : <br> <br>- Carry out quality actions to resolve technical problems <br>- Provide input for continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and process performance (corrective and preventive actions, suppliers, audits). <br>- Support quality assurance teams as a technical advisor <br>- Support the manufacturing team, gathering, planning and organizing teams around quality management. <br>- Act as lead auditor for internal audits of systems, processes and products <br>- Introduce quality tools (control, mapping, matrices, etc.) and work with the various departments to improve the detection and resolution of non-conformities. <br>- Support the Quality Manager in planning audit strategies and identifying training needs.</p><p>Your professional skills <br> <br>- Priority management and rigor <br>- Leadership and strong communication skills <br>- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player <br> <br>We're looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes to get the job done right. Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and enjoys working in teams. <br> <br>Your profile <br> <br>-At least 3 years' experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment <br>-Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or other relevant training <br>-OIQ member: CPI or Titre Ing <br>-Fluency in spoken and written French and English <br>Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, internal audits, problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement principles. <br>-Knowledge of manufacturing principles, mechanical and electrical engineering <br>-Proficiency in Office suite <br> <br>- Salary: $70k - $90k depending on experience <br>Weekday position, permanent and face-to-face, full insurance and company RRSP.</p>- LocationSaint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC
