Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Train staff. Resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers. Maintain accurate records. Negotiate offers from suppliers. Establish and maintain contact with suppliers. Consult with suppliers. Develop marketing strategies. Organize and maintain inventory.
