We are searching for a creative, organized, enthusiastic, strategic, and results-driven gem. The *Content Marketing Specialist* will help create content to support reStays, reResidences, Alavida Lifestyles, Envie and other brands as part of the Choo Communities portfolio. Working with the Director of Marketing, the Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for day-to-day execution of campaigns, print, digital assets, and website development. The tasks include concept development and execution and coordinating with internal experts. In addition, the Content Marketing Specialist will perform competitive benchmarking and support with reporting.
This *in-person* position requires excellent English writing skills and a good knowledge of graphic design and SEO principles. Moreover, we are looking for a strategic consumer-centric approach and the flexibility to quickly adapt style and tone depending on brand, audience, and medium.
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Create and implement campaigns and other supporting assets that respond to strategic conversion and brand awareness needs.
* Develops, presents and executes concepts for sales packages, point of sales signage, promotional material, digital renderings, floorplan designs, digital ads, videos in line with brand guidelines.
* Working alongside digital experts, streamlines web content to optimize it from a search engine perspective. This includes writing meta descriptions and headlines and adjusting content to improve search rankings.
* Updates website content (WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Travelclick).
* Prepares appropriate files for print collateral and digital media.
* Act as an internal expert to collaborate with internal and external partners to help meet their needs and ensure consistent communications through all channels.
* Support the Director of Marketing and Content & Social Marketing Specialist with any other relevant Marketing tasks.
*Qualifications Required:*
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Journalism, Communications or a related field.
* 2 to 5 years of experience in a content creation role, ideally within a lifestyle brand.
* Proven ability to engage, connect and build an audience across multiple channels.
* Strong creative English copywriting with proofing skills, attention to detail.
* Knowledge of SEO and website development (WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Travelclick.
* Strong applied knowledge of the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
* Ability to take initiative, work independently, and multi-task; can work under pressure with tight deadlines and evolving priorities with multiple internal clients and brands.
* Collaborative and curious team player, eager to share ideas and connect with people to start and maintain a relevant conversation.
* Energetic, organized, positive and results oriented.
* Ability to work weekends and evenings on occasion if required.
* Valid driver's license and vehicle required.
