\*Job Overview\* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and supporting various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills both written and verbal, with a knack for multitasking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. \*Duties\* - Manage daily office operations and clerical tasks. - Maintain organized records and documentation for administrative purposes. - Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations. - Implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. - Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events. \*Experience\* - Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. - Strong skills in microsoft office is an asset. - Proficiency in clerical tasks, including data entry and record keeping. - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for this role. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
