You will verify and process vendor invoices for payment ensuring required documentation is provided and the transactions are accurately coded, as well as prepare third party invoices to recover various costs to the department. We need your superb organization skills along with your excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and inventory usage which impacts financial reporting and job costing. Your customer service abilities will also be utilized when dealing with the public either in person or on the phone. </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Primary Accountabilities</H
