*About This Job*
As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and driving new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to launch a career in account management and business development.
*Responsibilities: *
* · Develop solid client relationships and seek new opportunities within assigned accounts on an ongoing basis
* · Diligently qualify and develop new business opportunities specializing in IT Services and Solutions.
* · Develop and nurture strong business relationships with decision-makers within client organizations.
* · Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts
* · Meet or exceed SDR-sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) volume targets
* · Take ownership of all aspects of the sales process to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services to customers.
* · Work closely with other team members to develop and present technical solutions that are appropriate for the customer's requirements.
* · Act as a first escalation point for customers on various potential issues.
* · Consistently demonstrate a high level of teamwork through working cooperatively and effectively with other internal and external stakeholders
* · Update and manage client information and opportunities in CRM
* · Provide forecast and other reports as requested by management
* · Participate in marketing or lead generation campaigns as required
* · Cooperate with technical teams in writing proposals and RFP responses for potential and current customers.
*Requirements: *
* · A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements
* · Experience in sales and account management for technical solutions.
* · Knowledge and interest in local IT market and industry is strongly desired
* · Proficient in using CRM?s and LinkedIn
* · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* · Ability to make presentations to various clients (Goal-oriented attitude to achieve targets through self-motivation and determination)
* · Strong leadership skills are an asset
* · Demonstrated ability to maintain relationships
* · 1-2 years? previous experience
* · PMP certification is a definite asset
*IMPORTANT*: Knowledge of sales in IT professional services, cybersecurity managed services, and computer networking products is an important asset.
*Skills and Qualifications*
1 Knowledge and familiarity with vendors is preferred
o Fortinet
o Tenable
o ActZero
o Sophos
o TrendMicro
o Microsoft
2 Experience in conducting ad-hoc brainstorming sessions with clients (with SE support)
3 Conceptual knowledge in cybersecurity (SIEM, ZTNA, SASE, VPN, MFA, MDR, phishing simulation, spam filtering)
4 Project management, time organization

Pay: $74,876.00-$82,730.00 per year
