Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Outdoors. Tasks: Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Train or arrange for training. Set up machines and equipment. Estimate costs and materials. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Recommend personnel actions. Read blueprints and drawings. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Leading/instructing individuals. Supervision: 3-4 people. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own transportation. Personal suitability: Organized. Team player. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
