Education: Earned doctorate degree. Clinical psychology. Counselling psychology. Psychology, other. Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer. Mental health institution, facility or clinic. Tasks: Assign health care workers to specific projects and programs. Coordinate the delivery of health care services within the department. Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Review budgets and spending to ensure departments operate within funding limits. Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of health care services. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Develop evaluation systems to monitor health care services. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses and other staff. Consult with boards of directors, senior managers and government officials. Supervision: 3-4 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS Word. Type of treatment experience: Biofeedback. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
