*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their treatment journey. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced dental office environment. *Duties* * Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with dental providers and patients to ensure understanding of procedures and expectations. * Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulations. * Collaborate with office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations within the treatment area. * Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff regarding treatment options. * Manage scheduling for patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimal wait times. * Foster a welcoming environment for patients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have regarding their treatment. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a dental office setting is necessary. * Familiarity with Abeldent software is a plus, along with experience in electronic medical records management. * Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures relevant to the healthcare field. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment. * Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
